Nice technology but....

The 3d images with all the other technologies give you a great perception. If the guy speaking could stop talking in hyperbolics and 'first-ever' everything. Could be a lot better with better editing and voice. I still enjoyed the information that was given, love historical documentaries!

After a while the weird over american voice just gets in your head and you just wanna ask him to stop and give the information in a normal way.

But yeah, overall it was fine, i hope some new docs about the second world war will come out to enjoy and learn from.

Just stop using the voice of this person!!!! Sd.

A weird mix

Of unnecessary noises, fast editing (video clips flashing before your eyes that almost make you have a seizure), cool but weirdly used 3d graphics and hologram technology and important historical video moments used as B roll footage. they go so fast you can barely make up what they are.

More dumbed down revisionist rubbish.

I was looking forward to this show, but the 1st episode I saw was about Malta. I don't know why they object to mentioning the British, everything was about the "allies", conveniently forgetting there were no allies in 1940-1942, Britain was on its own. And the absolute cherry on the cake was the absurd claim of the Ame1ricans saving Malta!! Yes the Ohio was built in America, but it was requisitioned by the UK and sailed as a British ship in a British convoy, and just made it into Valletta and the expense of many Royal Navy lives. The US was not involved in Malta, at all, and to claim otherwise is not just misleading, its revisionist.

American ego above historical accuracy

Warning: Spoilers
From the first episode they try to make it look like there was no war until the US joined even ending it by saying WWII started with the sinking of the USS Arizona in 1941 forgetting two years of war that had already happened. The cool graphics are not worth the overacting and revisionist history. Also in some cases they try to present their findings as groundbreaking but many of them have been known for decades like why did the US not cause more damage to Japanese planes and ships in Pearl Harbor or why did the Arizona sustain so much damage. That's basic history and they try to pass it as them discovering it.
