Sam is absorbed by a bitter conflict with the island municipality over an inapplicable terrace tax. So he ignores Wubbe's attempt to warn him about grandfather's thank you gift, a rare sheep cheese. A B&B client is eager to sell the exclusive product in his Amsterdam delicatessen, so Sam promises Wubbe senior the funds to produce it in bulk.
