This proves to be a very busy episode of 'Neighbours', with lots of plots going on, and even the first hint of drama that will take us really into 'soap' mode.
Poor Des is getting jealous every time a bloke dates (Shane) her, or even speaks to her (Paul) and Paul Keane's anguish is beautifully played.
Danny Ramsey is still getting in to scrapes, but Peter O'Brien's Shane is on hand, and remains very likable.
Paul (and it's very funny to see him be so nice in these early days) tries to help out Kim, and of course fans many, many year later would scratch their heads at he credulity of the fact he would end up fathering children with her when they barely spent any time together here.
On the whole, another fab episode.
