I don't normally comment on music from movies but in this case the music by Raiomond Mirza was the best thing in it. It was an unusual blend of styles that just lifted the whole film and his songs were catchy and fun.
I didn't get what they were going for with anything else. There were some strange long boring bits that just should have been chopped down (two whole bollywood songs!), there were also loads of laughs that were missed and I just didn't get some parts of the story and dialogue which lurched about disjointedly.
They could also have used some real actors for the smaller roles but it was nice to see a film with heart that tried to reach for the stars. One or two bits were genuinely funny and heartwarming which is pretty good considering they don't seem to have had much of a budget.
I've seen many worse films that probably cost much more to make.
On the whole it's a fun loving chuckle.
