If you cancel this show, then BBC prepare to see my ghost in your home!

This season might have been the best season of ghosts. Kitty's story was awesome, episodes were lol, Charlotte Ritchie was amazing as usual. There are still so many stories that can be told in the 4th season so please don't give up, we need another season. It's sad enough that Americans are copying this show, we do want to watch many more seasons of this comedy drama.

The ghosts on the case. A magical finale.
Sleepin_Dragon30 September 2021
Lucy once again pops up, only this time she's in need of money, the ghosts are convinced that she's after Alison's money.

Inspired by countless episodes of Murder, she wrote, Lady Button leads the charge to warn Alison, and stop her from being cheated.

This was an absolute masterpiece, an absolute classic, the best series to date, ends with this phenomenal episode, yes it's funny, but so much more than that, it's the depth of the characters, and the story itself.

As of today, no series 4 has been announced, we need more, it cannot end here!

Creamy berries, lovely. That's how I felt about this episode.

Superb 10/10.

One of those Rare shows that get better with each season they do - fingers crossed for another series - so much potential to continue the ghost backstories or see Button house open as Hotel.

Warning: Spoilers
What an amazing end to the season. It was funny, the plot was brilliant, they got rid of Lucy who I just knew was in it for the money. The only plot hole is the ghosts couldn't chase the car out of the gate, and yet they could kick Humphrey's head out of it? Bizarre but there we go. I cannot wait for season 4.

Brilliant Ending can't wait for more
I am compelled to put quill to parchment to emphasise my enthusiasm for this incredible show season 3 has been consistently brilliant and the finale was just perfect I think I may have seen all the series several times now and I still laugh at the same gags just like in the previous episode when poor Robin missed doing Zumba. The writing feels effortless but I'm sure lots of hard work and many hours are put in to make it work. It never feels tired or worn the jokes are fresh and the actors/writers have great chemistry the whole series has had me wondering what was going to happen and I won't spoil it but there is hope for more. The way Lady B says murder SHE, wrote is simple but great excellent finale for an excellent show please keep them coming 4,5,6 series at least. Please don't stop!

My favorite eoisode of Ghosts. Charming, beautiful, and whimsical. I adore this cast - I especially love Charlottte Richie, who plays Alison, with such sincerity. "Yes, and" more please.

Season Three Review
southdavid14 September 2021
Though I was a little too old for the "Horrible histories" show, I was eager to try the creative teams attempt at a traditional sitcom, when it began back in 2019. Whilst I thought the first season was amiable enough, the second saw an uptick in quality; a funnier series, but also one with added pathos. This third run doesn't quite match its predecessor in terms of bittersweet stories, but it is just as funny.

A documentary team comes to the house to report on an assassination plot that involved one of the houses dead residents. Alison (Charlotte Ritchie) ends up on camera explaining how she came to own Button House - which inspires a mystery woman, Lucy (Jessica Knappett) to make contact and explain that she's Alison's half-sister. Though the ghosts, and Alison herself are wary, Alison is very eager to have the family she missed out on. Meanwhile, Mike's (Kiell Smith-Bynoe) desire to see the ghosts for himself sees him exploring the paranormal, but has an unexpected outcome.

I'm not sure what more I can add to the review other than it's more of the same. Again the show mixes in a season long story, this time the revelations about Alison's sister, with dives into the history of the ghost characters, and their experiences. The focus episodes this time are on Lolly Adefope's Kitty and her deep-seated denial about her life with her sister and Humphrey, played by Laurence Rickard and the plot he was involved in, and the accident that finished him off.

If you want me to be hypercritical, perhaps the resolution of the Lucy storyline could have come in a shrewder manner, or something more related to the fact that they're ghosts but I'm really trying hard there to pick at something, when the storyline was fine.

Though it ends at a suitable point in the story, I do think I'd like to see at least one season with the venue open for business and the interaction with more patrons, plus we don't know how The Captain, or Kitty came to perish and it appears that Mike's meddling might have opened a door that needs closing. Come on BBC, one more season.

Warning: Spoilers
The third series has been a little weak, but things wrapped up on a good note. A big moment and you kind of wondered if she would get away with it, but in traditional TV fashion the villain failed.

Part of the Family

The arc for the third season was whether Lucy can be trusted and what was her game.

Lucy turns up and tells Alison that she has been fleeced and lost all her money.

Alison does not spot the warning signs and decides to giver her saving to her newfound sister.

Mike agrees without showing any concerns. He is more busy trying to make a corporate video to attract booking for Button House.

It is Kitty who recognises that something does not add up in a photo. Alison dismisses Kitty's concerns.

Maybe the other ghosts can stop Alison can make a big mistake.

There was a football motif to this episode with Robin's head being used as a ball.

I did think it was a bit underwhelming when it came to Lucy's scheming. I did like how the ghosts are part of the Cooper's family.
