This show has room for improvement but for a season one show it was really good. Also the fact they are helping the earth and nature makes it a plus.

Dusty and his crew are taking back the Everglades one huge snake at a time! They inform the public about how many native animals are already gone or almost gone! We had no idea how many birds, raccoons, deer & gators are ending up in these huge snakes!

I like the concept of the show but it's short lived. The girl who is a "rookie" is probably brought in just for the show. It's hard to believe that a girl like her is able to hang with good old rednecks.

This show is awful. At least they put a cute blonde on there to help keep viewers. Very staged and obvious that these snakes are use to being handled. They calm down soon as they are grabbed. They try to make it so dramatic with the dancing in front of the snakes, music and zooming in and out quickly. It's a pretty awful show.

The guy saying son all the time is just plain dumb!! He is not a snake wrangler at all and definitely doesn't have a dam clue about what he is doing and always saying SON is just retarded!! Take the dam show off tv and put something worth watching on...Son!!

Great concept about saving the Everglades from the invasive pythons - very informative. Also like the down to earth characters - real to life. Entertaining as well. Love the scenery & cinematography.

I like this show alright but I ain't your damn "Son" mfker........ he tries way hard to be southern and everyone knows if you live in Florida you're bound to be from up north somewhere. LOL I will raise it to a 8.5 or 9 if he stops calling everybody "Son" other than that it will stay at 5/10

I am scared of the snakes they're catching while they're catching them on tv. If you scare easy really dont uae a 3d tv. The show is that intense. Funny group and always a pretty lil gal. But she scares me how she shows no fear with those monsters. Im more of a stay at home with the pigs 🐖 kinda guy. Keep catchn y'all

Failed replication of other failures

This show attempts to ride off of the ironic following of shows like "Swamp People". The aforementioned show has some originality, unlike this garbage fire. It attempts to sound well informed, but ends up relaying utter lies. Personally, I would recommend not wasting your time with this disgrace of a television show.

I love watching you guys clean up Florida's living nightmare, I hope Florida along with any other worm state that has or does allow snake breeding programs has learned available lessons from whats happening in your state and doesn't allow such programs to exist. We should all learn from this sad development, I applaud you and your friends for all your hard work,stay safe.My prayers go out to all of you along with my appreciation.

This isn't the sort of show I usually watch. Caught one episode channel hopping and now I'm hooked. All the characters are great fun and so sincere in want they do. Very funny, educational and entertaining all in one go. This is the best show I've found in years.

This is a reality show with the benefit of learning about how the python snakes have invaded the lower half of Florida...so far. While these guys talk like your stereotypical redneck, they have great methods of tracking down the killers of so much of the native wildlife in Florida. I highly recommend it!

Guardians of the Glades is not just another hunting show. There is a lot of information that segways into the hunts and Dusty's operations that gives the viewer an insight into the Python population, how they are evolving, the processing of the snakes after the hunts, etc. I love shows like this, and I really hope they continue the series for years to come.

Edit: Dusty was hurt in a traffic accident, which I assume is why the show didn't carry on. But he seems to be doing ok now, so please Discovery - please bring this show back!

This was mind blowing just how big these snakes can get, I'd recommend them using grabbing sticks rather than just going in to grab them with the hands behind there heads, some of cast are funny and 1 is beautiful

I generally get turned off from this kinda show right away. They usually have those cast members who try too hard to be funny and it just makes it awkward to watch. But this show seems pretty genuine and I've learned lots of stuff so far. Python poop stinks really bad, put the head in the bag last, body goes first. No bubbles no troubles oh and hucklebuck means jimmy rig. Dusty Crum is my hero.

I love Britney and all the guys on this show. It's real Florida folks who actually know the Everglades. Not those fake Louisiana people pretending they're snake catchers. Bunch of phonies. Guardians of the Glades are the real deal, son. Can't wait for Season 3.
