Uncomfortable viewing, this was very good.

The PM and his close team head to Northumberland to offer support to people on the ground, Archie uses The PM's absence to his advantage. Meanwhile Ellie struggles to deal with Georgia's death.

A gritty, tense, uncomfortable third episode, this was pretty good viewing, you can just about see chaos about ready to erupt on the streets. I liked that there was a greater focus on the public, rather than just the politicians, it boosted the episode.

How nice to see a British Prime Minister being shown in a positive, heroic light, I'm not sure how far you'd have to go back in history to find someone who fits that bill.

Xenophobia and racism raise their ugly heads here, The Home Secretary doesn't do a great deal to help matters. That scene with the guy almost being killed by a mob, that was horrible to watch.

There's another chilling concept coming out of this one, the thought of criminals, and high security prisoners being released onto The Streets, Freckles sounds like a total monster.

Steven Cree and Richard Dormer both really stood out here, I thought the pair were excellent.

8/10.
