I very much agree with what Tony said to Neela in this episode. She does seem to enjoy drama and is narcissistic. His character just gained some points with me. And the scene with him and Sarah was actually incredibly sweet.
Now that Ray most likely is gone, there is a new doctor. Dr Moretti (Stanley Tucci), and I must say so far he seems like he will be pretty interesting.
The episode also gives us a couple of laughter thanks to Hope and Archie. They are actually are pretty good together.
Now I really want to know what was the call that Luka received at the end. Obviously it was something bad and he spoke in Croatian. What could have happened back home that he would be notified, I mean his family is dead.
