Miss Farnaby, now very much out of her shell, and enjoying living life, now decides to enter a flower competition. Mulberry is desperate to stay with Miss Farnaby for the whole three months she has left, he gets a little help.
It's seamless, almost an instant, linear continuation from the previous series. It is lovely seeing the frosty Miss Farnaby thawing ever so slightly, even starting to chuckle here and there.
Some nice sweet moments, and one particularly lovely and sentimental scene, Mulberry meeting his mum, glorious.
The fabulous Sylvia Syms is glorious as Springtime, they really did think outside the box when it came to casting for this series.
Mary Healey, she did an ok job here, but as yet not quite Alice, I'm sure she'll settle with time.
9/10.
