  Wheeler : I doubt it. If they can't learn how to live in peace, they'll blow themselves up *before* they get here.

  Gi : The important thing is, we should learn to live in peace on our *own* planet. That way, if travelers ever *do* come from space, they'll have a nice place to visit.

  Captain Planet : It isn't just grownups who help destroy our planet.

  Wheeler : Some kids do it with graffiti.

  Gi : [as we see a kid throw a rock at a window]  Some kids do it with vandalism.

  Linka : And some do it when they don't stop to think.

  [a few kids are shown litering] 

  Gaia : [standing on a flowing riverbank in a beautiful park]  Earth can be like this

  [it changes to a barren wasteland] 

  Gaia : or like this.

  Kwame : We can destroy it with our hate...
