They don't make 'um like this anymore.....

Adam Brake and his young son Matthew arrive in the sleepy English of Milbury, a beautiful place on the site of a stone circle. Seemingly idyllic, the Village is not all it's cracked up to be.

Considering it was aimed at a young audience it boasts a fairly adult time, made when young audiences were allowed to be a little scared, unlike now.

It's an enjoyable opening episode, Part 1 sets the tone for the show, it has an eerie tone, there's a definite sense of unease, with a sense of foreboding. I'd suggest it gets better as it goes along.

Wonderfully Seventies, more flares and dodgy hair cuts than you can shake a stick at, but it's fun viewing, 7/10.
