The ghostly Kerbys better check their geography books. They hear Topper's going to Lisbon, so naturally they think Portugal not South Carolina. And since they've been watching spy-type TV, they think Topper's been lured into a foreign spy caper, especially when he boards a train with a suspicious couple aboard. As they say-- fun ensues.
