One thing is clear: Fran's voice issues don't come from her tonsils.

The extra playing the patient in Fran's room deserves combat pay for what she ensures for having Fran next to her. She's only in the hospital because Gracie's doctor determined that Fran needed a tonsillectomy which creates all sorts of hysterical circumstances. Francesca P. Roberts is very funny as the flirtatious nurse, sassy but not obnoxious. The conclusion with C.C. drinking liquid out of Fran's cup might be a bit graphic for some audience members but is perfect in keeping with the show's love of bathroom humor.
