Roger is back in this episode, and when used correctly, can be very funny to the show.
This is another really strong episode from the 5th series, with a good main storyline being told.
The Michael storyline though feels like it was meant for Nick, you can almost imagine Kris Marshall delivering it. I think the writers tried to turn Michael into an almost 'mini Nick' at times in S5.
Having looked for other possibilities, the Abi/Roger 'romance' would take up a lot of the time that had been dedicated to Nick escapades in previous years, and when it was written well it could be quite entertaining.
It's much more fun watching Ben/Susan though, and there's a lot of lovely interaction between them here.
