McHale throws Binghamton a party.

The episode begins as Binghamton has caught the crew of PT 73 taking the boat out to go gambling. And to make matter worse, the crew did not take an officer with them as McHale and Parker were left at the island. Binghamton brings charges on the entire men of the 73.

Near the same time this was going on, an inspection by Admiral Benson was taking place. Benson found that Binghamton was rough with his crews and appears that the Captain is dislike by his men. Benson encourages Binghamton to be more friendly and even tells him about when he was a Commander that his men, upon being transferred, gave him a testimonial and a wrist watch. Binghamton says that his men love him and was just about to give him a testimonial in a few days. The Admiral will return the day of the testimonial.

Now Binghamton has to get a nice amount of people to his party but no one wants to come. He then will drop the charges on the crew of the 73 if they will give him a testimonial. But it is not going to be easy to get others to attend. Leave it to Gruber to spike the party.

This was an enjoyable experience as there much mischief afloat. It is nice to see how so much chaos can all come together and finally end the show in a favorable standard. Nice episode.
