Max and the Master go to a night club in San Francisco to follow a lead regarding the Master's daughter.
The nightclub is owned by Charlie Pattersen an old time dancer. His daughter Kelly is the star attraction with a sexy dance routine. His younger daughter Jill is confined to a wheelchair.
The Master notices that some men from Chinatown are pressurising Charlie for protection money. They later kidnap Kelly to get money out of the old man.
There seemed to be something confusing about the nightclub. The sexy dancing and the suggestion of topless women in the dressing room indicates that this is a risque nightclub.
