"Don't Say Goodbye" is one of the more emotional episodes from the first series of "Magnum P.I."
This episode doesn't skimp on quality cast members with Ted Danson and Mercedes McCambridge both making appearances. A chiselled Danson plays the newly wed husband of Amy Crane, played by the beautiful Andrea Marcovicci. Danson is immediately unlikeable in the part, a testament to his acting ability.
Mercedes McCambridge (who will always be, for me, the voice of "The Exorcist"'s demon) plays a wealthy blind woman who is on the board of The King Kamehameha Club. She's fantastic in this role.
I like this episode a lot. It shows real heart.
8 out of 10.
