Lucy is smitten with a French movie star doing business with the bank and gets drunk on champagne at his hotel where she's supposed to be helping to finalize a deal.
This is an average episode. Lucy acting drunk has been done before, and the premise here is very thin. There's a funny moment in the office where Jacques Dupre is demonstrating a scene where he played a lion tamer, and Mooney walks in thinking the actor is fighting off the starstruck, aggressive Lucy.
The hotel scene is devoid of any very funny dialog, and is watchable only for some of Lucy's little reactions and comedic tics she employs.
