The topic isn't funny,but the show is!

This is a laugh-out-loud episode! Why? Because of the cold and callous 'psycho killer'... This goofball has been writing to lonely-hearts columns,looking for a woman that resembles his ex-wife. When he visits these women,he is nice for a short while,then he starts acting nutty,and kills them! Afterwards,he claims to himself that she was his ex-wife,and that she keeps following him around,and other such baloney. A brave lady acts as a decoy for this creepy killer while the police watch. What will happen?

Mathews not so trigger happy.

In just about every episode Mathews doesn't need much provocation to waste someone. In this episode the bad guy has killed three women, shot at Mathews and shot at two uniformed officers. They never return fire and actually treat the murderer rather politely. In the previous episode a bad guy with a rifle is killed and Mathews afterwards grabs the "dead" man by the hair and never checks for vitals. I guess he could tell if a person was dead just by doing that. Lt Mathews is not a nice man or a good cop.
