Heather Locklear once again at her super-cute best
RavenGlamDVDCollector27 June 2017
Yeah, yeah, yeah, everybody following my DYNASTY 'blogs' are tired of the Heather Locklear Fan Club long since, I suppose, but I have to, have to say that the girl is oh-so-pretty and oh-so- cute in this episode. No wonder Clay Fallmont comes around. If Heather Locklear be "the old ball & chain" then slip it on, I'll live in captivity, I'd really be able to bear it. Anyway, Sammy Jo is now a reflection of the true essence of dear ol' Heather... All sweetness and light. By the way, let me just mention this, I'm an old guy, I have years of experience of star- gazing, the Hollywood kind, I've slurped up info over decades. The two Hollywood celebrities I have the most respect for: (1) Cindy Crawford (2) Heather Locklear

As for this episode, it features the most awful song you could ever hope to hear, sung by that awful real-life recording star. Something like "I've flown all over the world in a plane, I've settled revolutions in Spain" yeah, the rain in Spain falls mainly on the plain and really gurgles down the drain, thank you, Dominique Deveraux, no wonder two good old white boys dashed in and broke up all that caterwauling. Only the tone-deaf would buy her records.

Like I said last week, it's refreshing to see Alexis coming off her high horse without all those ridiculous hats and veils and contrived designer outfits making her look like the Wicked Old Witch of the West. You get a much better idea of Joan Collins watching these two episodes. People, who of you know she was originally considered for the part of CLEOPATRA that then went to Elizabeth Taylor?

And the kid. Little Miss Player. Jessica. So cute. So very, very cute. In real-life, slightly older than three years, but just barely, and already giving a great performance at such a tender age. Just wanna hug that one.

As mentioned, Diahann was there, alas, but Leann Hunley, credit only.

Yeah, I don't think much of the story-line. It's kinda super-corny, but it was kinda heart-warming to see the two old lovers run towards each other. DYNASTY, the last hurrah of aging actors?
