Always loved the cast of this episode

Violet Rose Schumacher (Maggie Magennis) is delightful as Bee's employment competition. Quite a sight when she walks to the back room for her interview. Seems a dig to work at the coal factory. Bee is a royal pain to her jittery employers Ralph Kingsley (Milton Frome), and Arnold Finkel (James Millhollin). 2 of the funniest bad guys you'll ever see. One funny scene after another. Herbie Faye apparently has moved on from the carnival. Now a buyer of counterfeit bills. He's a treat whenever he's on a show. Some really funny "Huh? Huh? From Warren. Masterful timing from Milton Frome working with Jack Burns on the bit. Great epilogue with the bad guys of course getting caught.

Have Gun, Will Fire

Warning: Spoilers
When a friend of hers gets a job, Aunt Bee decides she'd like to do some part time work as well. She applies to a new print shop in town and much to everyone's surprise, she gets the job. Only it turns out that the printers are actually counterfeiters, using the print shop as a front. When eventually they are found out, Bee is once again out of a job.

While the episode seems a bit forced and a bit obvious today, it is pretty typical of the color episodes of the series with one HUGE exception: while the counterfeiters are trying to make their escape, Andy pulls Warren's gun from his holster and with marksman-like skill, stops them dead in their tracks--proving that even though he was the "Sheriff without a gun", he did know how to use one. I think this may be the last time or one of the last times on the series Andy Taylor actually fired a weapon in the act of performing his duties.

Sour Note

Once again things die on the vine. Bee gets a job at a print shop and it turns out the guys are counterfeiters. The results are quit obvious, especially when a knuckle-headed go between shows up and cashes a check for Bee. Another down moment for the series.
