With René and Edith doubling in for Hitler and Goring, Michelle of The Resistance is quick to take control of The Cafe. The Resistance demand ransom money for the painting.
It's a good end to the series, for me this series has been a bit hit and miss, perhaps the weakest so far, but it has had some good moments, this is one of the best from the it. It does have several funny moments, it's well acted, and of course it looks really good.
Michelle and Crabtree's cabaret act was an absolute joy, I think you can see how talented Kirsten Cooke is, it's always surprising how much talent this cast had.
Guy Siner was once again very funny, this time randomly playing the part of Madame Fanny.
I can't believe that this is the last episode to feature Richard Gibson as Herr Flick, be was part of the show's core, it'll be interesting to see what David Janson does.
8/10.
