Sex & Nudity
-
- "Creepshow III" features several references to sexual activity, including frequent strong references to prostitution and pimping. In one scene, a male is handcuffed to a bed while a woman straddles him. However, there is next to no nudity featured in the film.
Violence & Gore
-
- Despite it's cartoony and comedic approach, "Creepshow III" has several violent and very bloody scenes, including a woman being hacked to pieces with a drill, a man stabbed in the chest repeatedly, shootings to the head, severed body parts etc. In fact, "Creepshow III" is probably the gorier than the original Stephen King/George Romero-helmed Creepshow films.
Profanity
-
- "Creepshow III" has very strong language throughout, including some racial slurs. "Creepshow III" contains more bad language than the original Creepshow films.
Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking
-
- Smoking, drinking and drugs are featured fairly heavily in two stories inparticular, these being the 2nd story, "The Radio", and the film's final story, "Haunted Dog".
Frightening & Intense Scenes
-
- There are really no particularly scary scenes in the film, no more so than T.V. shows such as "Goosebumps" or "Are You Afraid of the Dark?" - the film tends to rely more on 'blood 'n guts' that it does all-out scares. Some scenes however, would be considered frightening for very young and/or sensitive children.
- There is one scene, a party scene in a apartment where the host and his friends turn into vampires/monsters and everyone in the party screams, the movie fades black & then the movies goes into another scene.
