Sex & Nudity

  • A boy shows his friends what is like to feel when looking at a beautiful girl, it turns out to be the effect of erection but nothing is shown except for the boys reactions.
  • A group of boys talk about how beautiful Swedish girls are.
  • A boy falls in love with another girl who helps him.

Violence & Gore

  • Intense war sequences appear mostly in the beginning of the movie.
  • Many fights and bullying happens to the main character Zozo, some minor blood can be seen but are never graphic.
  • A boy (who's also a friend to Zozo) has a very rude and near-abusive father and throws away the main character out of his home.
  • The ending can be intense for some.

Profanity

  • Mostly Arabic and Swedish profanities are used, contains both strong and minor language although the stronger words are used very little.
  • In case one would watch the movie with English subtitles there is one scene where the F-word is written, however it is not used in the movie itself.
  • Zozo yells; "I hate you, you f***ing idiots!" in Swedish in one scene.
  • One middle finger although for comical use.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • Zozo's little chicken friend tells him he's gonna drink beer.
  • Zozo's grandfather is seen smoking a lot.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • The war sequences are probably the most intense scenes in the movie and can be frightening to younger audience. There's even a few instances of jump scares whenever explosions arrive.
