Hey,"Bold And The Beautiful" fans. Happy Friday. We've got some more wild and crazy news for the Bold And Beautiful world coming up. It turns out that next week we're going to see a new set of people start clashing with each other. This teaser is an official scoop from CBS. CBS revealed that in the upcoming Tuesday, October 17,2017 episode, Eric is going to have to deal with the fallout that has resulted from a huge clash that Quinn has with Katie! Judging from that description, we can assume that this big clash will occur in either Monday's October 16,2017 episode or this Tuesday October 17,2017. Whatever the case, it sounds like it will be extremely intense and dramatic to say the least. As we all saw in today's October 13,2017 episode, Quinn caught Katie and Wyatt engaging in an extremely heavy make-out session at the very end. Quinn didn't look happy at all to see this.

An Apocalypse is upon us.
Oscar Isaac joins the cast of X-Men as Apocalypse, the first ever mutant who awakens after thousands of years. He not only is the first of his kind, but the most powerful and the most Godly. Yeah, we wouldn't put that past Oscar Isaac.
Upon his awakening, Apocalypse is disillusioned with the world and recruits a team of powerful mutants, including Magneto (Michael Fassbender) to cleanse mankind. It is up to Raven (Jennifer Lawrence), Professor X (James McAvoy) and the X-Men to stop him.
The new trailer, with an eerie version of Coldplay's "Beautiful World" playing over it, makes this look like the most intense X-Men film yet. We're still obsessing over Days of Future Past, but Apocalypse has set our expectations super high. The film hits theatres on May 23rd, mark your calendars!
Check out the new trailer for X-Men:Apocalypse below!

When Dana Jung reviewed Tomorrowland here at We Are Movie Geeks, he wrote: “….The ideals that Walt Disney espoused, not only about vision and innovation, but about who we are as human beings on this planet, are alive and well in this mostly enjoyable summer action movie. I can only think that Walt would have approved!” Read all of Dana’s review Here

If you're in the mood for some Disney on blu-ray, then you're in luck, as the classic animated film Aladdin and their newest flick, Tomorrowland, are dropping on blu-ray for the first time on the same day. Come inside to learn more!
One of my favorite Disney animated movies is Aladdin, and it's lack of blu-ray edition is the source of great sorrow, leaving a blank spot on my shelf. Thankfully, Disney is finally fixing this problem, and bringing the film to blu-ray for the first time with a Diamond Edition on October 13, 2015:
Disney’s beloved masterpiece will make your heart race and your spirit soar. Experience the laughter, adventure and Academy Award®-winning music (1992: Best Music, Original Song, “A Whole New World,” Original Score) for the first time on Blu-ray and Digital HD. And now Aladdin shines even brighter with never-before-seen tributes to the enchanting talent of Robin Williams,...

Two of our favorite artists have taken to SoundCloud today to tease us with previews of their upcoming tracks. Both Oliver Heldens and Blasterjaxx have new songs releasing in the next few weeks and now, we can get a taste of what they’ve got in store for us.
First up is Heldens, whose rise to fame over the past 6-12 months has been truly astonishing. He continues to impress with each release and with his new track, “Melody,” he looks to do the same. Less a groovy dance track and more a dark anthem, the song is a bit of a departure from stuff like “Koala” and “Gecko,” though it still does have some of the producer’s signature elements. Overall, it’s a welcome and refreshing change for Heldens and will be perfect for his main stage performances during the upcoming summer festival season.

"A good attitude and a cup of coffee will get you through just about anything." That's great advice, but it means double coming from Charlie Musselwhite. The 71-year-old harmonica and guitarist is a true living legend of the blues (he was reportedly the model for Dan Aykroyd's character in The Blues Brothers and has played with everyone from The Blind Boys of Alabama to Bonnie Raitt), and one whose life is marked by the kinds of twists and tragedies that you'd expect from, well, a blues song. Musselwhite is up for what - should he win - will be...

If you've ever spent time scrolling through a YouTube comments section, you know that even a seemingly innocuous viral video can inspire angry and idiotic rants. But now, thanks to the Decemberists, Internet stupidity sounds a lot sweeter. The band dropped by Jimmy Kimmel Live! on Thursday to promote their new studio album, What a Terrible World, What a Beautiful World – but they also teased a fictional (but hilarious) LP of songs set to YouTube comments.
"They write interesting, very intelligent songs about uncommon subjects," Kimmel said of the band to open the clip.

Over a 13-year run, the Decemberists’ front man Colin Meloy has written all but one of the songs that appear on the Oregon band’s seven albums. Meloy’s bandmates, he says, have been nothing if not completely supportive of his musical instinct. “It’s given me a lot of room to feel comfortable bringing stuff to them. Maybe though I’d write better songs if they shot me down more often,” he says with a laugh. To mark the release of their latest studio album, What a Terrible World, What a Beautiful World, who better than Meloy to pick the Decemberists' best tracks? Read on to see his selections.Castaways and Cutouts (2002): “Here I Dreamt I Was an Architect” It was really groundbreaking for me at the time. I felt like it was a concise, Fleetwood Mac–y pop song. Britain's Got Talent returns to our small screen on Saturday (April 12), and we've already been treated to a sneak peek at some of the acts we can expect to see on stage during the show's premiere.
But whatever happened to some of the show's most memorable acts from years gone by? What have they gone on to do following their appearance on the ITV talent show, we hear you ponder? Wonder no more with some of Bgt's past performers - from stand-out stars to the plain strange:
Faryl Smith
Mezzo-soprano Faryl Smith - then aged just 12 - blew the judges away and probably made Amanda Holden break down and blub with her beautiful rendition of 'Ava Maria' on the show in 2008.
Following her accomplishment as a finalist on the show, the singer signed a contract with Universal Classics and Jazz and released her debut album Faryl in March 2009. It went...

Take That have topped a rich list of reunited bands. The Gary Barlow-fronted group have earned £130 million since they reformed in 2005, according to The Sun. Take That, who write most of their own material, have released three number one albums - The Beautiful World (2006), The Circus (2008) and Progress (2010) - and toured extensively since returning to the spotlight. The Spice Girls placed second on the list, pulling in £25 million from their comeback tour and new Greatest Hits collection. Robbie Williams has revealed that he was "gobsmacked" at the success of Take That when they reformed in 2006. Take That reunited as a foursome without Williams for their Beautiful World album and the 'Ultimate' tour. The 'Candy' singer explained that he had mixed feelings about their highly successful reformation at the time. He said: "When the boys first got together, I was pretty much, 'Oh, right, okayÂ... '. Then it was, 'They've sold 275,000 tickets... they've done what?!' "I was gobsmacked. Gobsmacked in all manner of everything. Sort of, 'Wow, we meant that much to people, that's great. Westlife have claimed that they left Simon Cowell's record label after feeling "unloved" by the media mogul. The 'Beautiful World' singers, who announced their split last month, defected from Cowell's Syco to rivals Sony RCA in March. Speaking to The Mirror, the boyband argued that Cowell had become more concerned with his own celebrity status than their career. "Leaving Syco was us trying to patch up cracks. We felt unloved because we were making albums with that particular label and we were having to make our own decisions," Nicky Byrne commented. He added: "Simon was the best thing that ever happened to us, with Louis Walsh, in the beginning. Without Simon Cowell we wouldn't have had the career the way we've had it. He picked every single and it's the singles that make you successful. (more)...

Fred Armisen is a man of many characters on "Saturday Night Live" and "Portlandia," but he's proven himself to be a tremendous talent otherwise when he's not on TV. Consider this performance of Armisen covering the Devo classic "Beautiful World" with the band The Forgiveness at Union Hall in Brooklyn last weekend.
Before launching a career in comedy, Armisen was a full-time musician, most notably as the drummer for Trenchmouth. In fact, his comedy career launched almost by accident, when Armisen recorded funny video interviews during downtime at the musical festival South By Southwest. Today, New Yorkers regularly spot Armisen popping into small clubs and bars to perform in comedy and music shows.
Luckily, this one was captured on video. The Union Hall show Armisen performed at, Heart of Darkness, regularly features darlings from the world of music and comedy spanning from Ted Leo to Reggie Watts. It's always hosted...

I mean really, who can honestly say that dance music hasn't become a global phenomenon? After 10 days of polling, and over 34,000 votes tallied from 108 countries, the masses have spoken in our quest to find the biggest track to come out of Miami Music Week 2011. Our Dutch friend Tiësto, and collaborator Mark Knight came in with a landslide win in the final days with their #1 Beatport smash, "Beautiful World," featuring Dino.
When the poll first launched, Skrillex's remix of Benny Benassi's "Cinema" was neck and neck with Calvin Harris' Miami Monster "Awooga," and Dirty South's remix of Diddy Dirty Money's "Coming Home" stayed in the hunt in third place. But in the waning days of our poll, Tiësto and Mark Knight fans came through with a late effort placing the collaboration on top, scoring nearly 15,000 votes.

Have you recovered yet? We barely have. And now that everyone is home and chasing down the hot tunes that they can't shake from their craniums, we're asking the fans what they think the biggest track of Miami Music Week was. Miami — Last night in Miami's downtown district, Above & Beyond threw their annual homage to trance with their massive Anjunabeats party, which this year was held at the Ice Palace for the first time. Having expanded into their new home from their usual venue Karu & Y, the Ice Palace offered a massive space for the enthused crowed to hear Jono and Paavo, two-thirds of the trance trio, spin a killer set.
Hitting the massive Led-wrapped stage after an invigorating set by the reunited duo Gabriel & Dresden, the crowd erupted as the trance legends dove right into it, opening with "The Taxi Driver" by Andrew Bayer.
Also highlighted in the first hour of Above & Beyond's set was "Beautiful World" featuring Dino, a new cut from fellow trance icon Tiësto, who collaborated with Mark Knight.

Take That hunk Howard Donald has reportedly sustained an ankle injury, just five days before the band is due to perform on ITV’s X Factor.
The Sun reports that the ‘Never Forget’ singer was snapped hobbling around London on crutches this week, sporting a bulky support cast around his lower leg.
The singer is thought to have hurt his ankle during a vigorous gym session but insiders say he will have the support removed in time for Sunday’s performance.
During the Beautiful World Tour in 2007, accident prone Donald suffered a collapsed lung after performing a series of gymnastic stunts on stage, and was kept on a hospital ward for the two days. The rest of the band performed as a threesome while he was out of action but he did return for the end of the tour.

We've been looking forward to the March 17th premiere of Comedy Central's new animated horror/comedy series "Ugly Americans" since we first heard about it. And to help make sure the word is getting out about the show, they sent over a new promo trailer today entitled "Beautiful World".
"Ugly Americans" was created by Devin Clark and developed by David Stern. Its Executive Producers are David Stern and Daniel Powell with animation provided by Augenblick Studios and Cuppa Coffee. A synopsis and more details follow:
Take New York City; add every horrifying beast, science-fiction freak, and fantasy faerie; and shake thoroughly. “Ugly Americans” follows Mark Lilly (voiced by Matt Oberg), social worker at the Department of Integration, as he helps new citizens both human and "other" adapt to hectic life in the Big Apple. There are easier tasks than weaning vampires off of blood, socializing land-whales, and housebreaking werewolves...

Actress Paula Patton has a constant reminder of the nude cover she shot for husband Robin Thicke's debut album - her father-in-law keeps a copy in his living room.
The Precious star shed her clothes for the cover of Thicke's 2003 record A Beautiful World and was stunned to see several blown-up copies of the picture on display at the album launch.
And the singer's father Alan was such a fan of the artwork, he took one home as a memento.
Patton says, "I mean I'm not ashamed of nudity, I think it's beautiful. It's just that when your father-in-law takes the poster home from the listening party and puts it in the TV room of his house and everyone sees it, nieces, cousins and nephews... it's a little embarrassing."...

This week, one of the greatest anime series of all time will be revisited. On Tuesday, November 17th, Funimation is scheduled to release Evangelion 1.01. Subtitled “You Are (Not) Alone”, this new chapter marks a major reversioning for the Neon Genesis Evangelion franchise.
Eva has been getting reworked from the beginning. The ending for the original series drew a firestorm of controversy, with its lackluster production and anti-climactic conclusion. “Death and Rebirth” and “End of Evangelion”, two feature length films meant to provide a more satisfying resolution, did more to fan the flames than to quench them.
In the meantime, there have been no end of spin offs — some official, some totally fan based — which involve everything from Angelic Days’ retelling of the series from the dream world point of view Shinji imagined in the conclusion to the original series to weird little productions like the “Ayanami Raising Simulator”, a dating...
