Always time for a spot of tea...
jon.h.ochiai8 April 2004
Writer/ Director Jay Bogdanowitsch's film short "Tea Time" is charming, funny, and clever work from the first time film maker. Perhaps I am biased in my assessment, being that Jay is a dear friend. However, "Tea Time" is very professional, well crafted and written, and a polished production. Bogdanowitsch shows himself to be a very talented film maker. Jonathan Magnum as the Soldier and Joel McCary as the Gentleman are excellent.

I saw "Tea Time" at the Method Film Festival last night in Burbank. Being that it is a film short, one can't say too much without giving the whole thing away. Needless to say, the context of it all is that even in war, there is always time for a spot of tea and crumpets. The film is hilarious.

I look forward to seeing Bogdanowitsch's future projects. He has a mercurial flair for comedy, and a great eye for production and story context.
