This workout is so much fun! I am usually hesitant to do dance aerobics because in my opinion, it doesn't activate as many muscles as a lot of activities, but I loved this workout! It is a great thing to do in order to change up a boring workout routine. Also, I have 2 left feet, and it still didn't take me that long to start catching on to the dance moves. They're a little complicated, but you can do them if you have the desire to learn them. I highly recommend trying this just for the fun of it! :0)
