This was one of UK Gold's first original productions recorded in Nottingham at Central studios. It was based around cult and classic TV programmes some of which were and still are shown on UK Gold.. I was a contestant on it and the guest was Ruth Madoc. It was a great experience, meeting Ruth and Paul Ross the host too....He was a perfect host, made everybody feel relaxed (although he used a few choice words when the recording went wrong occasionally) Good memories..I walked past the studio where they were recording Supermarket Sweep and saw Liza Goddard in the canteen after the recording. There should be more quizzes like this on terrestrial TV, rather than all the reality shows.

Little known gameshow

This was a game show on UK Gold in about 1996/1997 made by Zenith Productions.
I was a contestant and the guest was Isla St. Clair.
The two other contestants were a man called Pete and a lady called Marie who is better known as Lizzie Wiggins a female Black Country comedienne.
