Granny and her pets are spending a quiet evening listening to the radio until Orson Welles' infamous radio broadcast of the War of the Worlds terrifies everyone. Meanwhile, a friendly ghost appears in the attic and starts bugging Sylvester. The eerie evening culminates with the surprise arrival of an unwanted guest.
