A thriller about love, death, and all that jazz!
blackkatdemon1 March 2011
La danse du scorpion or Frame Up Blue's is a made for TV movie. It stars Kim Coates (Sons of Anarchy, Resident Evil: Afterlife, & Skin Walkers) as Finch Palmer. This is a very very rare and hard to find movie on VHS, since it is not on DVD. Finch Palmer, (Coates) is a jazz saxophonist who's having a hard time trying to make it big again. A crime lord offers him a job to catch his cheating wife in the act. The only problem is Finch falls for the woman (Roberta Bizeau). As well as having troubles with his ex-girlfriend/manager, being set up for a murder, & trying to figure out who done it. Unfortunately like most made for TV movies this movie is drawn out, and kind of boring. The one thing that was nice was seeing Coates playing a good guy for once. It's not a really bad movie but a OK movie. It's was made back in 1989, and is 91 minutes long. It is also all in English, not French, thought I would clear that up.
