What I have seen on YouTube is the 20 minute Pathescope home version hacked out of an 80 minute feature.Unfortunately it doesn't work.The hero has just been rescued from the murder room.In the intertitlle he says he must get to his fiancee before the villain.It then cuts to him by her bedside followed by The End title.So much of the action is missing.A better idea of the story is in the 1961 Edgar Wallace series film.
