I thought this series was quite nice. Good costumes, a star as the main actor, stilted language. All of this was certainly expensive in production. That's what the average American viewer expects. But everything in the story is predictable, sometimes boring. You could have made so much more of the topic. I am very sorry that the series is compared to GOT. An excellent series that is historically correct, also very gripping and realistic is The Last Kingdom. Of course, it wasn't that expensive and that's worthy of criticism 😂. But she has something I miss here very much, a great script, a great cast und Teamwork. . Unfortunately, the so-called "industry" did not find this worthy of award.
