SPOILER ALERTS. Far exceeded my expectations. I've seen the entire series three times through, and honestly thought I was done with it (at least for another couple of years). I saw that this was recently added to peacock, and was intrigued. Not trying to exaggerate or be dramatic, but this makes the Office even better (didn't know that was possible?) than the original series. Characters that once had essentially no plot lines are given more depth (multiple cut scenes with Devon, for example). Other scenes that completely changed the way the series flowed were also groundbreaking. For example, do you all remember the episode where Jim tells Pam to pursue her art dreams, and Roy tells her no? A deleted scene in that episode was Roy and Jim getting in each others face down in the warehouse (Darryl was trying to unionize) and Roy telling Jim to "back off" and "why would you tell her to do it?!" As he shoves Jim. That COMPLETELY changed the way we viewed the series! Just that one small scene showed us that there was more tension between the two before Roy tried to attack Jim.
Anyways, absolutely need to watch it if you're a diehard office fan; and frankly, I would encourage those who are just watching it for the first time to watch it in this format over the original. It is that good.
