I loved Bob the Builder ever since I finished kindergarten. This is my favorite children's show tied with Thomas the Tank Engine. This is my favorite childhood show alongside Thomas the Tank Engine and Friends. I love the theme song and the fact that this show is construction related but most importantly, I love this show's animation. I've been watching Bob the Builder ever since I finished kindergarten and still watch it to this day. Back then, I'd hardly watch anything else considering how obsessed I was with this show. However, I eventually opened up the doors to other shows and movies such as Arthur, Wild Kratts, etc. Even so, Bob the Builder along with Thomas the Tank Engine and Friends will always be my top two childhood shows. My favorite Bob the Builder character is Scoop because he's a backhoe which is my favorite construction machine type. I also like that fact that Scoop is painted yellow considering yellow is my favorite color for backhoes. I have some Bob the Builder books that I enjoy reading every once in a while and most of them are mainly about Scoop. Sadly, I've been critizied by some people about liking Bob the Builder along with Thomas and Friends since they're made for little children. It even happened to me when I was in elementary school as other kids would say that "Bob the Builder is for babies" which made me very angry. I remember going to the Liberty Science Center on a 5th grade field trip back in 2014 and one of my former friends said that Bob the Builder is babyish and that hurt my feelings but I still continue watching it no matter what other people say. Some of my favorite Bob the Builder books are Scoop Daves the Day, Bob's Birthday, Scoop's in Charge, Meet Scoop which is a board book shaped like Scoop and written in his point of view, and Best in Show Some of my favorite episodes are Bob's Big Surprise, Lofty to the Rescue, Bob's White Christmas, Bob's Boots, Scoop's in Charge, Scoop Has Some Fun, Trailer Travis, Scoop's Stegasarous, Spud Lends a Land, Forget Me Knot Bob, Scruffty's Big Dig, Inspector Spud, Cock a Doodle Spud, Skateboard Spud, Spud the Dragon, Bob's Pizza, Wendy's Moving Company, Roley to the Rescue, Mr Ellis' Art Exhibition, Bob and the Badgers, Snowman Scoop, and Ballroom Bob. My favorite era of Bob the Builder is the original series 1-9. I also like the Project Built It era and I even Like the Ready Steady build era. The 2015 reboot however is terrible and I barely watched it since I disliked the animation. Here's how I'd rate the 3 eras of Bob the Builder with the Original Stop Motion Series 1-9 being a full 10/10 meaning it's the best, Project Build It being number 9/10 meaning it's not as good as the original era but still enjoyable and the Ready Steady Build era 8/10 meaning it's not as good as the Original Stop Motion Era and the Project Build It Era but still enjoyable. Bob the Builder is a masterpiece and will always be a masterpeice for years to come. Despite the show ending, fans such as myself are continuing the legacy of it. For Example, I do app art which is art on my phone. I edit Bob the Builder images by adding text and/or background to them. I'm hoping to have a social media account soon so if anyone wants to see my artworks, I'll post them there for everyone to see. I highly recommend this show to children. Like like the voices of Lofty, Spud and Mr Bentley in the Original Bob the Builder Series better than their Project Build It and Ready Steady Build voices. Especially Spud because I loved his US voice in the original series. I also recommend Bob the Builder fans to continue the legacy of this legendary children's show in anyway they want. To all Bob the Builder fans, don't let anyone discourage you from watching and enjoying this show. If you still value a children's show today as an adult, that's okay. It's your freedom and don't let anyone take that away from you. I'm grown up and I still watch Bob the Builder along with Thomas the Tank Engine nowadays. Do what you love and be who you are no matter what others think of you. I love all the machines as they're all awesome and although Scoop is my favorite machine, it doesn't mean I'm devauling the other machines sice I love them also. Bob the Builder, his machine team (especially Scoop) along with almost everyone in the show were wonderful playmates and still are to this day.
