There are a few laughs in this one, but the whole ridiculous idea of the secret relationship reaches the pinnacle of ridiculousness here. For some reason, although (almost) everybody knows about Chandler and Monica, instead of just agreeing that the whole thing is now out in the open, they keep trying to "mess with each other" for no rational or believable reason at all. The whole thing is not funny, it is just cringey and induces second hand embarrassment in the viewer. It is like when you listen to somebody tell a really stupid joke and then they keep trying to milk it, although it falls flat. The completely over the top screams from the audience just make things worse.
Monica (or is it Courteney Cox?) is extremely annoying. In fact, Joey is the only one who looks like a normal, relatable human being here, while the rest of them come across as really lousy people.
