So there is a monster in the tank. They know its there, yet they keep going in the tank. Smart, how in the world could they leave all those animals without paying somebody to run the store to "take a long trip" up the coast to this place with them bouncing checks. Terribly boring and unremarkable. A movie where you don't see the monster for the first half and eventually become unimaginative with its monsters in the second half. Focusing too much on the story of the family and the horrid silver-blue flashback of the dad's mother wastes the potential of this creature feast. A lot of roaring, flashbacks, running around, people falling asleep, the dad going up and down in the underground water tank like he's trying to set a world record or something and barely 15 minutes of monsters doing ABSOLUTELY nothing is literally what you'll get from the movie The Tank.
