(2008) Garden's of the Night
DRAMA
Co-produced, written and directed by Damian Harris that has young little girl gets kidnapped with much of the movie focusing on the perpetrators before the effect it had on her, as she is growing up and the African American kid who was abducted along with her. It's either based on an actual person's experience the movie does not say, despite garnering many attributes from actual organizations (look at the credits) that deal with underage children that live on the street. John Malkovich also stats as the one of the counsellor's. I would have liked this film more had it centered more on it's optimism as it's easy to come up with the case scenario. I do not mind pessimism if it's like filmed like a documentary, therefore, this made up film makes the experience less credible.
