It all makes sense

Warning: Spoilers
Finally an explanation that makes sense. Because it shows the reason why this family had to leave the UK. After their marriage they became too popular. To the point that the Institution felt that William and Kate were being robbed from the limelight that belongs to the future heir and his consort. You can see this in the front pages of all magazines. Their picture all over. They were extremely popular wherever they went. The press office that works for the Institution tries to depopularize them. And whatever hate content that a tabloid prints about Meghan, is left to fester instead of cutting it, unlike what they did when a bad publicity regarding William was published. The Royal press office accomplished their purpose to an extreme. Meghan becomes the object of the attacks of the British press: even rubbing her belly while pregnant was bad. A baby shower for her was wrong. They looked for anything she did to make her look bad. And you see it in the Tabloids in the documentary. Of course, this forces this family to want to be less popular, to be out of the spotlight. They come up with the idea of working for the Crown overseas, in territory of the Commonwealth at their own expense. The institution is not in agreement, then they decide to relinquish their work and leave. And of course, this created even more hatred because in people's minds it was all Meghan's fault. This was Meghan's maneuvering. But Harry says very explicitly in the documentary, that it was HIS decision to leave, not Meghan's. Still, no matter what, for the Britts, it will always be Meghan's fault, no matter what Harry says.

I gave it a 10 because of helping understand the audience the whole story as they lived it and felt it. I never believed the Tabloids nor the British and Australian hate YouTubers. I'm glad these two had the chance to tell their story versus all the trashy media that likes to stir sensation to sell.
