Warning: Spoilers
The Woody Woodpecker Cartoons produced by United Artist used to have the same charm as those produced in the old days at Universal, Lantz's Crazy Clampett-Style Humor was the Big Thing, and Humor is the main reason I recommend checking this cartoon.

Woody is expelled from the Local Park for Vagancia and after finding a newspaper in the Dump he finds out a news story. "Millionaire Wally Walrus is looking for a Baby" Woody doesn't miss the opportunity so he pretends to be a baby and then fights Walrus with a Returning Ball (like a Boomerang).

The Animation reminds me of the Looney Tunes in the late 40s, the drawings are Meticulously detailed and the backgrounds are nice and pleasant to look at, the expressions (part of the Humor here) are Funny and quite exaggerated.

The music is synchronized with the scenes to make them even funnier than they are, it's all about timing really.

Wacky Bye Baby may not be the Most Original of the Series, but it is quite an interesting and comical one, I enjoyed it a lot due to its humor and being a caricature of Woody Woodpecker in his golden age, fully recommending it.
