Clint Eastwood has a great performance as Dirty Harry, a tough, no nonsense san Fransisco cop. There are some great lines that have been immortalised in pop culture and some funny cinematography, but it ultimately shows it's age and dated nature which, for me, undermines the drama of the film. Obviously nothing that could be done by the production on this, dated film are dated and this was made in the 70's, but it reminded me of a less intense, simpler Die Hard.
