The Black String is basically a horror movie about a socially awkward guy who meets a hot looking girl through a 900 number, and after this encounter his life gets very dark. It's also a movie about a descent into a sort of paranoid schizophrenia, with delusions of persecution, hallucinations, etc. Take your pick - horror film or mental illness. It wasn't a great movie, but interesting because of this split. You decide as you watch.
