This movie takes place in 1999 in the lead up to Y2K. It is supposed to be nostalgic for those at the end of the baby boom while connecting them to tween grand kids. In the first 15 minutes of this movie, the Grand mother suggests that her tween grand daughter will be scheduled for a "flew" shh out. Her best friend neighbor lists having her full schedule of you know what as a benefit. FYI all who are reading this, in 1999 I was a 30 something. I can assure you that NO child ren in my social circles got flew shh otts. Certain schedules were not major topics of conversation. This is revisionist history masquerading as some kind of woke up ness that never was in that time of relative innocence. Don't forget to do your homework!! My O card it is.
