Tight thriller but has its negatives.

Warning: Spoilers
Special OPS 1.5 covers a mission in Himmat Singh's career which was in between the Ikhlaq Khan mission. Hence it is called Special OPS 1.5.

I'll put my good and bad aspects in points :-

THE GOOD:-

1. Being barely 168 mins long, it feels like a film . Nevertheless, it is super fast paced and thrilling. This is in contrast to S1, which was long and quite slow. Never deviates from the story.

2. Not a single boring moment.

3. For the first time in hindi series/movie, the term "Honey trap" is used. Its meaning however is not new but the term is something new to the viewers.

4. Great locations and good action sequences, though they are less in number .

5. KK Menon! Do I need to elaborate?...and ofc the other side actors too have done a good job.

6. A few twists and turns that are good but...I'll talk about it in next section.

THE NEGATIVES:-

1. My first good point missed one term - suspense! It is missing in 1.5. You know the villian hence you know what's coming ultimately so very low in suspense as compared to S1.

2. Predictable, some examples--> the Aftab and his wife angle, how himmat became her husband is easily Predictable. The climax is Predictable.

3. Being a 168 mins film-like web series, it is very low in detailing. In an attempt to be fast and thrilling, it misses detailing.

4. Flaws -->1. A naval officer opening a mail from an unknown source, these are prohibited so I don't expect him to be that of a fool. 2. Two women (not revealing who) discuss about getting a job in spy agency and they discuss that , in detail, in a public clinic. How stupid is that.

Overall, a must watch series if you are a special OPS fan and if you can ignore these negatives.
