A giallo homage taking place in the '90s
14 August 2021
Warning: Spoilers
It'd have been a very good slasher/giallo if the actors had been better. The actors were really mediocre at best especially the child actor. The only good actor in this film was the killer himself. He looked genuinely scary and did really a good job at looking creepy. Also I'd like some payoff or explanation as to why he's killing and collecting human eyes. The killer locked the rolling door at the entrance of the theatre and he started to shed blood and gouge eyes to collect in his bottle. The final girl who's the projectionist's daughter saved the little boy and the end. There were some really creepy moments such as cigarette smoke came out of the wound when the killer slit the man's throat, he impaled on a rod the kissing lovers, he also bludgeoned one of the teenagers on the projector and white screen went red and finally the eyes fell down on the stairs like candies when the bottle dropped and broke.
