For starters the game is is slight improvement from the first example driving, graphics, open world. But the story is kinda boring in a way. The game has a more lighter and happy tone than the first game some of lines are a little like cringe I guess. Dusan Nemec wasn't really a great villain in my opinion. He was basically head of BLUME and dedsec wanted to expose him for his crimes like fraud and thats kinda it. Now the characters are okay but horatios actually didn't really have such character development to his character and just had a quick death instead. And also the games ending kinda felt well disappointing, dusan nemec basically gets arrested and that's basically it, and honestly the game is not bad I rate it 7/10 because well story is weak but there were alot of improvements so yeah sorry if my review sucked.
