Id put this series up with the greats such as Stiens Gate or Neon Genesis Evengelion. The story, animation, music, are all on point.
The best part, is its only 14 episodes, so it doesn't take ages to watch, but each episode is incredibly meaningful and help drive the story along. *Very Light Spoilers* One of the better points of the show is how the main character vivy grows throughout the series. She starts out emotionless, and very much like a robot, but as time moves forward she grows into an almost human being.
Anyway, for any fan of anime I'd say this is a must watch.
