Starts off with the bad guys meeting to share the loot, invariably ends up in a massive shoot out. Where one survives. He gets amnesia for 7 years before he's busted out the nut house by what turns out to be his wife and 2 sons with a miraculous serum to restore his memories. Staggering around with a headache that's contagious to viewers, the bent cops arrive and spend the last 25 mins in another shootout at the cement factory. Stallone in the end says off you go no charges and take the money with you, I'll clear this up.
