Great movie but extremely biased, the actual story of this from her own statements portrayed the man as much more kind and loving to her, intimate even. I know the movie isn't a solid documentary but it is so inaccurate that the movie might as well not even be based on the real event. The real girl still carries his picture with her, she has said she regrets running away and leaving her husband. This girl fell for her captor. None of the nuance was portrayed at all. This is a real life story of forbidden love, between man and child, and between victim and captor. This could have been so much more raw, but instead they went with this boring story with such a biased view.
