I really loved this show. It doesn't go over the top, the teens communicate and make mistakes like so many of us as teens and in many ways grow much more in a short amount of time due to the situations they find themselves in. They are grappling with having their own strong ideals and trying to remain respectful of the beliefs of others.
The characters are well written and the dialogue has a good balance of humour to give depth.
It's so great to see the Chilean community represented in a show! The Chileans I've known have not been as dismissive of 'Aussies' as some of the characters in this show, but perhaps that was the experience the writers needed to add to create more tension. I saw the pisco there amigos!
I definitely recommend you give this show a watch; I have encouraged my friends to watch it.
