Interesting concept and though I never saw any of the original TV series I did expect this to pack some serious punch, based on the history of the original show, but it felt lacking. Scenes seemed rushed and transitioned from one to another too quickly as if the editing team had gone a tad trigger happy with the cut tools. The actors didn't seem believable and it was an sorry attempt at a mild horror style comedy that wouldn't seem out of place in an 80's teen movie.
Worth a watch once but I doubt I'll be rewatching.
